Charging Entrepreneurs to Present to Angels

There is heated discussion on several blogs about whether or not angel groups should charge entrepreneurs to present. Some angel groups charge significant dollars (as if there were any insignificant dollars to an entrepreneur) – well over $1,000 for the privilege of pitching their opportunity to accredited and qualified investors. We could debate the overall value of angel presentations – what percentage of them lead to financing events – at length, but that’s not the point of this post.
