My goals reflect my specialties in conducting research, writing, editing, and presenting. I want to write grant applications, grant reports, background reports, status reports, progress reports, project reports, and present results to audiences relevant to the specific projects. All of these require teamwork to understand the objective at hand, to gather the necessary data, to organize the product to meet the requirements, and to present the results to the targeted audiences, and all of these require independent initiative and expertise that I can bring to the work.
