Top innovators honored at Stoel Rives Idaho Innovation Awards

Bear Paw Development Corporation is a private non-profit organization created for the purpose of administering programs to help improve regional economic conditions in Hill, Blaine, Liberty, Chouteau and Phillips Counties and the Fort Belknap and Rocky Boy's Indian Reservations.

Five of Idaho’s top innovators were honored by business law firm Stoel Rives LLP at its fourth annual Idaho Innovation Awards program, hosted at Bronco Stadium’s Stueckle Sky Center on Sept. 24.

The program, presented by Stoel Rives and entrepreneur support organization Kickstand, recognizes inventors, entrepreneurs, companies, and academic and business leaders for pushing the envelope.

This year’s winners were IVUS Energy Innovations; the Idaho National Laboratory; Balihoo; Mark Rivers, of Brix and Company; and Ron Nilson, president and CEO of mining and construction support company Ground Force Manufacturing.
