BigFoot Sighting at Montana State University Job Fair

PrintingForLess.com http://www.PrintingForLess.com team members preparing recruitment booth for October 1st job fair have narrow escape with big, furry creature

While preparing their recruitment booth for the Montana State University Job Fair October 1st, PrintingForLess.com (PFL) employees announced seeing a large, furry creature lurking in the shadows.

“We were setting up our hiring booth for potential job applicants, and it was very quiet,” says Marne Reed, PFL Vice President of Human Resources. “Out of nowhere, a huge, ape-like creature walked up to us, grabbed a handful of job applications and disappeared. It was scary.”

“The next day, we noticed t-shirts, snacks and other small items were missing,” states Suzie Lalich, PFL Human Resources Director. “We searched for the creature without any luck, but we created a small area for him at our booth with water, food and some of our swag items. Now, we are just waiting for his return.”

Does looking for a good job feel like searching for Bigfoot?

It’s time to meet Bigfoot and discover that legendary jobs do exist in today’s economy. PrintingForLess.com in Livingston, Montana is now recruiting Technical Service Representatives for their upcoming training class beginning as early as December.

“Our small business customers indicated a downturn beginning as early as 2007,” says PFL Founder and CEO Andrew Field. “Now we are seeing signs from our customers that the economy is turning around, and we are preparing for it by hiring more talented individuals.”

A Legendary Career Awaits.

As a three-time Inc. 500 winner, Best Workplaces in America winner, Ernst & Young Finalist, and America’s first award winning, e-commerce print shop, PFL offers exciting career opportunities. Top employees come from all over the country to be part of this creative and high-performance culture where dogs roam the offices, there is an in-house day care for children, and team barbeques happen frequently.

At PFL, candidates go through an extensive interview process including a phone screening, lengthy in-person or phone interview, extensive testing, and a background screening. This culminates with an all-day interview with PFL management.

In total, the company spends an average of 40 to 50 hours hiring just one employee. If chosen, candidates then go through a training course to learn extensive product, technical and sales skills needed to work at PFL.
