Here are "application" instructions http://www.matr.net/files/LocalAppli ... delines.pdf for the State Energy Sector Partnership (SESP) grant that has been announced by the U.S. Department of Labor & Industry, Employment and Training Administration. This grant is one of the five Green Job Training grants being offered. The application process requires that the SESP appoint local/regional teams to carry out the grant activities, which consist mostly of recruitment, assessment, selection, referral to training, and employment assistance, as well as supportive services.

Because of the quick turnaround for the deadline of the grant, please note that the application deadline to be a local team is September 30. Additional information regarding the grant is included in the attachment.
