Johns Manville buys Montana spray-foam insulation company, Corbond Corp.

Building materials maker Johns Manville Corp. http://www.jm.com/of Denver said Tuesday it has acquired Corbond Corp. http://www.corbond.com/ , a Montana manufacturer of spray-foam insulation.

With the purchase, terms of which were not announced, Johns Manville said it would begin marketing Corbond III, a closed-cell polyurethane foam plastic insulation product, as JM Corbond III.

The Denver company said the acquisition would complement its own line of fiber glass building insulation.
