Energy, water, species to highlight regional summit in Boise, Idaho

The Pacific Northwest Economic Region confab http://www.pnwer.org/2009summit/Home/tabid/1376/Default.aspx between U.S. and Canadian businesses and governments meets in Boise next week.

The group seeks to coordinate planning and policy between states in western Canada and Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington. Its 19th annual meeting runs Sunday to Thursday.
