The MDT Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program encourages and supports the participation of companies owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals in transportation contracts.

The presentations "with a twist," will allot speakers five minutes to educate the crowd on their topic du jour, via PowerPoint. Add humor and it’s a masterpiece.

Kicker: The 20 slides are on auto-advance at 15 seconds per slide.

So, what if the presenter messes up?
