How do you recycle cardboard in Montana?

Bear Paw Development Corporation is a private non-profit organization created for the purpose of administering programs to help improve regional economic conditions in Hill, Blaine, Liberty, Chouteau and Phillips Counties and the Fort Belknap and Rocky Boy's Indian Reservations.

Hi! I have a business in Cut Bank that can not afford to ship cardboard for recyling. The community has embraced the idea of recycling but the recyler is not going to take cardboard any more.

I think Missoula is where the recyler was shipping to but I think Missoula may have the same problem. My understanding is that inorder to ship it, it has to go to Salem, Oregon.

The last truck load that this recycler shipped, he lost $1000 per truck. He has 6 more truck loads that are ready to ship. He is trying to keep cardboard out of the landfills.

I was wondering if anyone else in Montana has ran into this problem and have a solution to this problem.
