Intent to infuse only confuses. Govt. stimulus money for Montana projects awarded to California companies.

If the federal government’s intent to infuse $77.4 million to five Montana border port stations is to stimulate the local economy by creating jobs, they’ve whiffed.

That’s because the major portion of that funding is being awarded, without a competitive bidding process, to two billion-dollar California companies.

What gives?
