Bozeman business innovates to stay alive

As Bozeman businesses fend off a stream of economic blows, Montana Furniture Galleries http://www.mfgbozeman.com/ is innovating, branching off into new niches with different products and getting crafty with its advertising.

“We’ve had a really horrible last six months,” owner Greg Metzger said.

At the gallery’s Four Corners factory, which manufactures furniture for sale locally and nationally, the company is trying something new.

It has started manufacturing caskets.
