That’s why, on Friday, House Speaker Dave Hunt and Senate President Peter Courtney joined Oregon Human Services director Dr. Bruce Goldberg at Oregon’s Capitol to announce 300 new certified nursing assistants will be hired to work in nursing homes and long term care facilities throughout the state.
