Flathead Valley Community College honors Plum Creek for school support

A helping hand is welcomed at any time.

But when you are a public institution trying to best serve your community in economically trying times, getting a cash donation and a supply of additional educational tools is something to celebrate.

On Tuesday, Flathead Valley Community College http://www.fvcc.edu/ did just that.
The school took time out to formally acknowledge and say thanks to Plum Creek Timber Co. http://www.plumcreek.com/ , which has given FVCC $60,000 and is loaning some of its heavy equipment to enhance the school’s existing training programs.
