Sykes in Minot is closing in two months because the business says it could not find enough employees.

It appears to be a common concern among new and old business owners in the Magic City.

The Minot Area Development Corporation has been traveling around the country trying to recruit people to move to Minot.

Jim Maxson, Vice Chair of the MADC, says the whole state is suffering from a labor shortage.
