Dave Martin has been promoted to Vice President of Product Management and Chief Technology Officer at Blackfoot Telecommunications Group http://blackfoot.com/ (Blackfoot).

His primary responsibility will be establishing, directing, and articulating a long-term vision and strategy for the integration of industry technology into the organization, development of new technology and product development, as well as directing all marketing and sales activities for Blackfoot Telecommunications Group. Over the last 13 years at Blackfoot, Martin has provided strategic direction and managed operational support teams for implementation of advanced services of some of the most advanced communications services available. Prior to Blackfoot, Martin was employed at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories, where he worked on development of several advanced communications protocols. His experience also includes work with large regional communications providers and several start-up companies.
