Council to award training grants for at-risk youth in Idaho

Gov. C.L. “Butch” Otter’s Workforce Development Council is soliciting proposals to train low-income, at-risk high school students for the occupations that pay well and will be demanded by the high-growth industries of Idaho’s economic future, the state Department of Labor said in a release.
