PrintingForLess Newsletter – January 2009

As we kick off 2009, one thing is clear: we’re entering an entirely new era for marketers. This is the year for building personal, one-to-one relationships. Right now, prospects want to make every purchase a smart one. That means they’ll rely on companies or brands they know and trust. So, how do you ensure you are one of the businesses they turn to? In this challenging economy, it is more important than ever to get ongoing feedback from your customers. By soliciting suggestions and encouraging open dialogue, you will not only learn what you’re doing right or need to improve, you’ll also help to cultivate customer relationships.

Here at PFL, we’re wrapping up our ‘Economic Stimulus Contest’ to help small businesses buck the economic downturn. Again, December’s entries were so creative, we couldn’t choose just one.

So, congratulations to first place winner Stephen Bailey from Chesapeake Retirement Solutions in Towson, MD who has won $1000 in FREE printing from PFL! The second place prize of $500 went to Francine Daveta, a photographer in New York who specializes in editorial and commercial portraiture. Read the winning entries here.

This month’s newsletter offers tips for thriving in 2009, a small business stimulus proposal from our CEO Andrew Field, and PFL’s most recent green initiative.
