Cut Bank, Montana welcomes new veterinarian, Dr. Steven Hjartarson back home

The saying goes, "When one door closes another opens." In the case of the Northern Veterinary Clinic, the doors that closed late last year will soon be open. On Monday, Jan. 19, Northern Veterinary Clinic will reopen its doors. Cut Bank High School graduate, Dr. Steven Hjartarson is taking over at the clinic, which Dr. Gary Cassel closed last November.

Dr. Cassel left his practice here in Cut Bank and he and his wife, Betty, moved to Washington to be closer to their children and grandchildren.

"I am really excited about this," Dr. Hjartarson said about opening, or, in this case, re-opening the doors of Northern Veterinary Clinic.
