The MDT Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program encourages and supports the participation of companies owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals in transportation contracts.

This will allow him to complete his master’s degree in hydrogeological engineering in the Department of Geological Engineering at Tech.

The partnership addresses the national need for academically prepared American Indians who can help direct economic development and leadership in their communities and reservations.
