Workers needed in Montana to help handle mortgage boom

The re-fi market is so hot, Gerri Glover recently got a call to find 300 workers to help a large local financial institution keep up with its mortgage processing.
Glover owns Spherion Staffing http://www.spherion.com/corporate/of ... ice_id=2548 in Billings and said the financial institution doesn't want to be named.
"But, these are good jobs at a time when our community needs jobs," she said. "And, depending on how the economy goes, the jobs could last three months, or six months, or a year, or even much, much longer."
