December Montana Economic Developers Association (MEDA) Newsletter and a few quick notes.

The December MEDA news is now available for your reading pleasure at http://www.medamembers.org/medanews.html

Do peek at it to learn who is new to MEDA and lots of information of interest to economic developers and those involved in development around the state.

A few quick notes:

v MEDA Day in the Rotunda is January 21st. This is MEDA’s opportunity to shine – especially to demonstrate the success of our programs affected by the 2010 sunset and one-time-only programs. Your local CRDC has been contacted to organize a display table so that success stories are made available from across Montana. Feel free to contact your CRDC to get involved. If you are not involved in a CRDC, please call me.

v IEDC 4th Core Course registration is now available. The course will be held May 12th and 13th in Missoula. It is titled “Business Retention and Expansion” with our ExecutivePulse champions Laith Ward and Del Birch as presenters. Register anytime.

v The 2009 BEAR Roundup will take place Tuesday evening during the IEDC/BRE training.

Happy Thanksgiving, Everyone!
