Executive chosen for Humanities Montana
Trustees for Humanities Montana http://www.humanitiesmontana.org/index.shtml expect to have a new executive director on the job in February.
The position has been accepted by Ken Egan, a professor of English at Missouri’s Drury University. Egan is a previous Humanities Montana board member and taught at Rocky Mountain College in Billings from 1985 to 2002. He was born in Polson, graduated from high school in Great Falls and holds a doctorate from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
As executive director, Egan will succeed the retiring Mark Sherouse.
Humanities Montana is a state affiliate of the National Endowment for the Humanities.
