Gardening and economic development have a lot in common, if you plant a seed and take care of it, the reward will come at harvest time.
Chris Gibbons has planted some seeds in Albert Lea.
"You don't have to be a big company like the old economy where you had to be close to resources, close to markets, close to the labor force any more," says Gibbons.
As director of business and industry affairs for the city of Littleton, Colorado, Chris Gibbons is in charge of keeping his community economically healthy.
