University of Montana's Jakki Mohr recommended for honor
| November 16, 2008 |
University of Montana marketing professor Jakki Mohr, who specializes in high-tech marketing, has been recommended to the Montana Board of Regents for appointment as a Regents professor - a rare honor among higher-education teachers in the state.
Since 1977, when the award was first established, seven UM professors and four from Montana State University have been recognized as Regents professors.
“We are fortunate to have world-class faculty throughout the Montana University System,” said Kevin McRae, the university system director of human resources and labor relations. “The regents professorship recognizes only a few of them, the best of the best.”
