Billion-Dollar Transportation Plan Announced in Oregon

Gov. Ted Kulongoski unveiled more than $1 billion in new road, bridge and rail spending Monday, saying the state needs it to help boost the economy and fix its crumbling infrastructure.
"Investing in transportation in tough times sets us up for success in good times," Kulongoski said.
