Montana's Main Streets draw tourists, drive economy

With the focus of the nation on our economic crisis, it seems appropriate to look at the role of tourism, not only in our economy, but also the role it will play in our recovery.
The spotlight has been on corporate America. However, we seem to be losing sight of the true backbone of the American economy - the small business owner. Our recovery will be directly related to the strength and vitality of small business.
How does tourism key into this recovery? Tourism in Montana is a $3 billion industry that is comprised of a multitude of small businesses. We are Main Street.
