Software Support Technicians
Provide training and support for company software. This entry level position requires good computer skills, excellent troubleshooting skills, the ability to multi-task, good organizational skills, friendly personality, self-motivation. Support specialist will be on the phone providing both support and training to both new and existing clients. Some travel may be required. Knowledge of software applications such as Microsoft office, PC anywhere, Winzip,FTP software, and help desk skills would be a plus.
Software Testers
Full-time or internship positions available with the opportunity for advancement into a programming position. Self-starter that can work in a group environment with analytical thinking abilities. Knowledge of some of the following a plus: Wise Install, MS SQL Server 2005, C, C++, Java.
