Housing Application Workshops & Consolidated Plan Public Meeting, 10/29, Missoula

Representatives from various agencies will present overviews of their housing programs, requirements for applications and deadlines.

In addition, a Consolidated Plan public meeting will be held.

8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Lunch provided.

Beginning at noon, the public meeting is open to everyone to discuss community needs and to review Montana's Consolidated Plan (CP) Annual Action Plan http://www.housing.mt.gov/Hous_CP_Apps.asp . The CP, a tool used to identify needs and allocate resources to Montana communities and residents, is developed with information from interested citizens, especially low- and moderate-income citizens: local government officials; statewide and regional institutions and other organizations including businesses, developers, and community and faith-based organizations; and public and private agencies that provide assisted housing, health services and social services.
