Is Idaho too cool toward business?

One legislator says a No. 29 ranking for tax climate is too low, because 'political attitude' makes the state business-friendly.
A national tax research group says Idaho remains slightly below average in the group's latest ranking of state business tax climates.
The Tax Foundation http://www.taxfoundation.org/ , a nonprofit group best known for declaring the annual Tax Freedom Day, said Idaho has the 29th-best business tax climate among the 50 states, up from 31st last year and 32nd in 2006.
