Employee_lunchDogs in the office? Weekly catered lunches? Free Costco memberships?
Small companies often can’t compete with large rivals on traditional, expensive benefits like health insurance or 401(k) contributions. But they have a leg up when it comes to offering low-cost, sometimes quirky, benefits that large corporations don’t want to spend the time and effort administering (or even thinking about).
