Rural Dynamic's goal is to teach economic independence

The goal at Rural Dynamics Inc. Consumer Credit Counseling http://www.cccsmt.org/ Services is to help people become more economically sound by learning to earn money, keep it and grow it.
"We can get them to economic independence," said Tom Jacobson, president and CEO of the statewide nonprofit organization.
The group offers numerous programs, such as budget counseling, reverse mortgage counseling, foreclosure prevention counseling, creating of Individual Development Accounts, tax preparation and a high school financial literacy program.
The programs are funded through federal grants, private donations and a host of other options, organization officials said.
