SeaCast Foundry set for completion in Butte, Montana

SeaCast http://seacast.com/ breaks ground west of Butte; 30 jobs in first year
For Ron Ueland, the new SeaCast steel and titanium foundry that will be completed west of Butte is a deeply rooted family homecoming.
"My mother was born right here on this site," Ueland told a group of more than 40 local business leaders, government officials and others who gathered for a groundbreaking of the facility at the Port of Montana Business Development District.
Ueland said although he was emotional about building on the site where his family once had a farm, he was more excited than sad about the chance to bring good jobs to Butte through the company that is based in Seattle.
"It was meant to be," he said.
