The Americans with Disabilities Act: Applying Performance and Conduct Standards to Employees with Disabilities

As of the date of publication of this document, the ADA Amendments Act of 2008 is pending in the U.S. Senate, having already passed the U.S. House of Representatives. If this bill is enacted, minor changes will be made to the document. These changes would not affect the overall content or guidance in this document.
