Applicants sought for venture capital conference

Organizers of the annual Silver & Gold Venture Capital Conference are seeking applications from entrepreneurs wishing to present business plans before investors at the Oct. 21 event at the Peppermill hotel-casino in Reno.
Entrepreneurs will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis.
A $695 fee includes conference registration, a 10-minute presentation to a panel of investors and a one-page business summary in the conference binder.
