Study: Montana women 1st in government leadership

Montana ranks first in a study comparing the number of women in state government leadership jobs, with their representation in the general population.
The Center for Women in Government and Civil Society, at the University of Albany, found that nationwide, 35% of governor-appointed posts nationwide were held by women, up from 28% a decade earlier.
