California Launches Best Practices Wiki

The goal, as stated on the Web site http://bestpractices.ca.gov/ , is to help state employees share best practices by providing an online resource that supports collaboration, speeds communication and reduces "silos." The tool is a wiki -- defined by Wikipedia as: "A collection of Web pages designed to enable anyone who accesses it to contribute or modify content, using a simplified markup language.Wikis are often used to create collaborative Web sites and to power community Web sites."
