Controlling content — Old Town Creative of Whitefish, Montana finds niche allowing easy management of Web information
| August 1, 2008 |
Depending on how you look at it, Old Town Creative http://www.oldtowncreative.com/ is either a very small business, with just three people, or a ridiculously huge business, with untold employees.
Such is the virtual world of today's electronic marketplace, where everything is decentralized and information percolates from the bottom up.
"What we have is really more of a software product than a Web-design product," said company founder John Frandsen. "And National Geographic was so enamored by what we're doing that they called us and said, 'Hey, we'd like to partner up and use this system as our official tool for all our geotourism projects internationally.'
