Montana Gov. Schwietzer signs executive order to provide $1MM for weatherizing homes of low income Montana residents.

Gov. Brian Schweitzer signed an executive order Monday that will allow approximately $1 million from the emergency fund to be used for weatherizing the homes of low income Montana residents.
