Accelerator to launch its eighth biotech company

Accelerator, the Seattle-based biotech incubator, will launch its eighth company -- this time based on the research of William Goddard III, a prominent professor of chemistry and applied physics at Caltech.
"I am most pleased to work with Accelerator on initiating this new commercial effort because of the success they have had with another Caltech spin-off, Allozyne," Goddard said. "Accelerator allowed the scientists and founders to focus on developing the science while Carl and his staff at Accelerator took care of the initial nontechnical management, marketing, and legal work."
