New startup, Glassdoor.com unlocks salary information of companies. An inside look at companies from those who know them best.

WHAT'S IT REALLY like to work at Microsoft, Google or Yahoo? Are Steve Ballmer, Eric Schmidt and Jerry Yang good leaders? And more important, how much do employees at those companies make?
Those are some of the questions that Glassdoor.com http://www.glassdoor.com is trying to answer.
The Sausalito, Calif.-based company, which emerged from stealth mode last week, is the latest startup from former Expedia executive Rich Barton.
