Q: I am an account manager for a large telecommunications company, but I dread going to work every day. On weekends, I wake up full of energy and work on my eBay business. I make good money at my job, but I feel as though I am in a cage and have no purpose there. When should I quit my job and make a move to my dreams? I am 28 years old and tired of being unhappy.
