Technology should improve access in rural N. Idaho

The Verizon company http://www.verizon.com says it will improve its telecommunications services in rural northern Idaho.
New technology will allow the company to speed up Internet access, improve cell phone reception and shorten repair times for fixing power outages near Moscow, Idaho to smaller towns east of the city.
Verizon customers in Clearwater County prompted the $3.5 million projects with service complaints to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission.
