Humanitarian Greg Mortenson "Three Cups of Tea" to address MSU graduates

Greg Mortenson, the humanitarian who has drawn international attention for his inspirational work to establish more than 60 schools in remote areas of Pakistan and Afghanistan, will deliver the charge to the graduates during Montana State University's 112th commencement, set for 10 a.m. Saturday, May 10.
MSU expects approximately 2,500 candidates for graduation for the academic year 2007-2008, according to Chuck Nelson, MSU registrar.
Greg Mortenson has led work to establish more than 60 schools in remote areas of Pakistan and Afghanistan. Mortenson wrote about his efforts in the best-selling "Three Cups of Tea." http://www.threecupsoftea.com/

UM Commencement Ceremonies Set For May 10
About 3,600 graduates are invited to participate in the 111th Commencement ceremonies at the UM Saturday, May 10, at the Adams Center.
The general ceremony for professional schools and colleges will be held at 9:30 a.m. The general ceremony for the College of Arts and Sciences and the College of Technology will begin at 2 p.m. After each ceremony, students will disperse to various campus locations for individual awarding of diplomas.
U.S. Deputy Secretary of the Treasury Robert Kimmitt is this year’s Commencement speaker.
