“The hardest thing for some of the people that come up here is that computers scare them, or talking to people on the phone scares them,” he said. “I’ve had some that were so scared they were just shaking, and said, ‘There’s no way I can do this,’ and they’ve turned out to be some of my best workers. And we get to be pretty close to them after a while. Some of them keep in touch with me that have gotten jobs outside of here.”
