Starting Up: When starting a business, focus on teamwork and motivation

College students usually have enough to worry about with studying for classes, working and participating in extracurricular activities. But two years ago, a group of us thought we could take on a business.
Talk about hectic.
We planned to open the first on-campus student-run coffee shop and had grand ideas and visions of the dollars rolling in. We weren't quite prepared for how much effort this project really required.
