Loftsgaarden offers business perspective to Great Falls Development Authority investors

Each year the United States sees about 1,000 new business projects. And every year there are about 15,000 communities vying for them.
"Competition is fierce," said Ben Loftsgaarden, senior project manager for Angelou Economics, an Austin, Texas-based planning firm hired by the Great Falls Development Authority to create a four-part strategic economic planning project for northcentral Montana.
