Business-related news emerging from the Idaho 2008 legislative session was dominated by the $120 million business equipment tax exemption, and a bill creating - but not funding - the Film and Television Production Business Rebate Fund. But several new business-specific laws were passed this year with much less fanfare. Gov. Butch Otter has signed these bills into law:
