$2 million fund to be set up for Web startups

Five months after winding down their involvement in their previous business, two serial Seattle entrepreneurs are launching a new venture -- a $2 million fund that will specialize in investing in startups run by first-time Web entrepreneurs.
Andy Sack and Chris DeVore, who together founded Judy's Book, will announce Monday the formation of the fund, Founders Co-op. It will make investments of between $10,000 and $250,000 in new Internet companies.
