Problems continue with Montana's public defender system

It has been three months since commissioners of the Montana office of the public defender visited Sidney to, in their words, answer questions and discuss problems of this new statewide system. However, there are still many problems in not only Region 10, Richland County's region, but in most of the other Montana regions.
At the former meeting, it was claimed by the commissioners, including Chief Randi Hood, head of the office of the public defender, that they claim to listen to the complaints of local attorneys and judges who were working with this new system.
