RightNow Technologies of Bozeman May Expand to Butte, Montana. Are there qualified workers available?

We met with RightNow Technologies of Bozeman this week. They are looking to expand their operations and Butte is one of the sites they are considering.
RightNow Technologies has approximately 700 employees, 450 in Bozeman. A very important factor in their decision to locate in Butte is to demonstrate there will be a sufficient number of qualified workers from which to select employees. They have put together job descriptions on their website http://rightnowtechjobs.custhelp.com .
It is very important for us to encourage as many people as possible to look at the jobs and apply if they are interested.
